This project was archived for NAAB Accreditation in Fall 2015.

This project is based off a film played in studio. The film showcased architecture and how it influenced human behavior. This design represents an evolution of two characters in the film (thief and his wife) through architecture. The relationship between interior and exterior was used through out the design process to create an experience of a progressing relationship for the thief and his wife.

This drawing uses color and geometries to represent the
connection between the thief, his wife and her lover.

Axonometric and elevation drawings of the structure for progressing relationships.

Physical model depicts changing spaces through the use of the triangle as primary geometry.

Physical model representing an explosive behavior and
relationship between interior and exterior space.

Drawing is based off a study and my interpretation of a set of Lewitt instructions.

Final physical model of progressing relationship space. The long pyramidal construct accompanied by stairs and glass doors is the basis of the contemplation between the thief and his wife.
The upper level shares a relationship between ground and sky. It is intended to have a public outlook. The thief and wife would discuss the issues in the relationship within this space.
